Usurption of Family Name

My name since childhood has been Kathy Vivian Fabian but the family that has used the name for decades did not have this name.  Our relationship is not based on deep family roots

The attacks on myself for personal gain by surrogate family members include:

Being brainwashed to accept these people as my family members. (Including one Chuck Mangione who took the name Andrew Fabian).

When my family was destroyed or murdered (their whereabouts are unknown to me) a new couple took the name of Andrew and Eva Fabian and Leslie.  One would assume that they would be benevolent but this s not the case.

I was almost immediately sabotaged in my lifelong journey to have a career through a university education and this during the three years that I attended the school.

Also, they took so much of the family estate that I was left homeless. Their manner of living included international trips to the United States and to the Rockies in Canada with their son.

A large amount of super expensive vacations throughout the world as a couple.

And an elaborate estate and house complete with a complex collection of antiques and art work chosen by a certified expert.

In other words not only everything was taken from me I was left with lifelong injuries and severely impoverished.  So much so that the word family does not seem to be appropriate.

It has been stated I went to another family and left mine but how can I do this if they have the name that I have had since a small baby?
