The
Will of Andrew Fabian
2
Prologue
to Will
My
father had a long period of being terminally ill with cancer. Near the time of his death, my father became
very distressed because he could not be buried according to his own wishes. Having been bedridden for a long time and
under a lot of medication, it was very difficult to understand exactly what the
gentleman wanted to be done. Under the
care of his doctor at the Catherine Booth Hospital and several other others,
including myself, he was given the ability to make the money that he needed so
that he could make his arrangements in the way he wanted. He made an extraordinary amount of money and
opened a new graveyard with the perfect place for him. There was enough money to leave a comfortable
sum for life to his heirs.

the
Conditions of the Will of Andrew Fabian
At the time of my father’s
death, the house was sold at a high price based on my parent’s real estate and
construction expertise. My mother would live the house and prepare it for the
new owner when she grew too fragile.
To protect the fragile
widow, the entire estate was left under her care until death and then would
then be divided equally between my brother and me.
I was informed in a
meeting that I would inherit an amount of at least forty thousand dollars a
year for life. It would be under
financial council in order to increase this money as much as possible.
The physical estate,
included two houses and the expensive collection of furniture, jewels and
collectibles such as Royal Daulton serving ware. There was also some commercial property. The country house would go to my
brother. The city house would be sold to
cover the expenses of my mother. And all
the art, antiques, jewelry and collectible of it would go to me. This collection of art would show the
impressive cultural roots that influenced my artistic career.
Until
the collection could be properly presented it would be put into permanent
storage if need be.

The
Reading of the Will OF ANDREW Fabian
This
information meeting was handled by an anonymous gentleman who used the name
“Max”. Max was used because he was associated with the Maxwell Cummings Family
Association. The Association ran a
library my father frequented and a museum auditorium that I went to. It was also the name of my father’s deceased long
time notary

The
Problem
Presently my mother is
very fragile and unable to remain autonomous. My brother wants to put up the
house for quick sale and litigate the collection for this reason. He says after my mother’s death there will be
no increase in my standard of living.
This is contrary to what I have been told in the meeting near my father
death.
I would like the truth to
be established and for this reason I would like to have a copy of the will.
