I have inherited money. Is it only on paper? What horrible thing will happen next.

I was originally put on a welfare pension l for amounts of about 8000 dollars a year. This was never changed and I was forced to fight to live meeting all my bills with this minimal amount. Now that money come in for me, am I forbidden to live in a better income category? Is this why they’re taking so much money?

I have been told that if I ever go back on welfare after I have been off for a while I will be forced to start over with a sum of money given to somebody who just applies for welfare. I will be in the old age category. If it was I will be severely handicapped within the welfare system. Is there any way to avoid this?

Are we saying that I have generated absolutely no capital for society despite my high education? Even of we state that the situation of which I am given work is in the simplest clerical jobs? And on welfare level projects when talks about payment? Does this not count for anything at all?
All my saved capital will be taken away right now with this check. This means I cannot purchase things like an operation for my eyes or glasses. How would I be able to get the money for that? Will I ever be able to get a direct answer? Can my eyesight or my teeth be considered mandatory expenses?
If I am confused and a handicapped person I might not be able to give the accountant all the tax forms that I receive.  How much and how severe could the penalties be?

What happens when my mind is fragile? I have received many documents all sorts of documents that I do not understand.

I am relying on the accountancy and legal professions to do my paperwork for something that I cannot understand. To give responsibility to such experts, I suppose it is assumed that I understand. If I feel I am as I do that I am being exploited and have been abused by these professions can I in anyway whatsoever give my consent to their handling of very crucial financial matters.
I am advised by a potentially hostile counsel that said the repercussions of not signing it could be very severe.  Not only that the council, (and there are more than one) have a very important position in society. Compared to mine which is fairly low.

And has the welfare money (not including support such as safe living quarters, food and the ability to work and get paid) have been given to others, including people from the University system been much more than I have received.  For what reasons?

When I was confused and, on the street, I did not even have any forms to fill out I did not pay my taxes. Finally, after many years my father said you have to pay your taxes. Have I been penalized more when I did pay my taxes than when I did not? Not only in financial terms.  For example, I have not in any way had any help in learning how to use the money in the system I live in.  At the same time, much expense has been taken for working better as long as I do not receive pay or as long as I remain unpaid or work in a very troubled or/and dangerous place.

The question sticks in my mind as why they asked me to sign any tax forms from the beginning since I was on the street. Since it is on my responsibility to her on the tax forms why did you bother since I was a derelict on the street? Another word what happened to the money for the house on Hudson Avenue the money for the house in the country and all the money I earned this is never taken into account with none of the chartered accountants. Why?

And another thought has come to mind. I am forced to live on a meager pension.  the people who have my case in the government have very little to do with me.  I never speak to anyone that I how I know.  So, what I look like on paper might be taken for the truth. And that is not the financial reality as to how I live from day to day.

Well, I inherited a business that I do not have access to. I am supposed to own two houses and a building that I do not use.  I get no money that I see from them.  Although I have a small pension from the family estate the government said I cannot accept this because it is too much with my welfare pension.  they say this although, as it stands now, the combined sum is still less than the poverty line.  Never mind it is hard to try to stop the poverty cycle and work with only this sum of money in my hands.

So, am I, for unscrupulous reasons, being used as a puppet? One reason is the sophistication of my education and the use of the work and the thinking that I generate as a result of it.  Another is to distribute the property to someone else without them having to pay anything to use it.  When I am alive and after I die.
