I hope that you are enjoying your day.
I have just started contacting significant others about getting the certificate of death, social insurance number, and will from my father. tempers are running high and I am afraid there will be a reaction.
Its just for you to keep in mind. I spoke about it to my brother yesterday morning.
10:30 p.m.
And I have just spoken to my mother right now. I will be contacting the notary that was supposed to have handled my fathers decease very shortly.
4:03 p,m,
I telephoned the law firm that created my mothers will. I was told by my brother that they took care of the details when my father died. I was called back by the Notary that wrote up my contract giving my brother the power of attorney over my affairs and also who wrote up my mothers will at 4:03 p.m. She said that it was not the notary who signed the certificate of decease but a department in the government.: the civil department.....death (sic). Also she said it was not her firm that made the will for my father. she said my brother should have a copy. I did not bother to ask her for my fathers social insurance number since their company did not have a hand in creating the will.

Summaary
To reiterate as to what I am doing. I am looking for the will that my father told me about before he died. I am aware that I was not to receive any money immediately. But It is imperative to start looking for a better place to live, now and when retirement age sets in. The difference in the sum that I will be receiving as stated in my mothers will and the one that my father made, is extremely large. So it is important to establish whether or not my fathers will exists. This is why I asked these questions.
Again I am writing this letter just in case of untimely complaints about my charcter or sanity at this partiular time. Also I am not looking to move at this time. I am just looking at what is available. This is very important to state too.
